Terms of the inspection

If our engineer deems it unsafe to issue a gas safety certificate they will cap the gas and issue an immediately dangerous notice to the tenant and agent. Any work needed to rectify and make safe will be considered as extra and will be chargeable.

If during the inspection our engineer deems it necessary to change a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm they will do so and invoice accordingly. 



Payment

​Payment is by Paypal at the time of booking.

A full VAT invoice is provided after booking.



Terms of booking

A fee of £20+VAT may be payable in the following circumstances:

If our engineers can't gain entry to the property within 20 mins of the booking time.

If there is no gas or electricity supply available.

If the property is not safe to work in.

If the inspection booking is moved or cancelled within 24hrs of the start time.
