Gas Safety Check
Every year landlords have a legal requirement to check all gas appliances and ensure they are safe to use.
You also need to provide a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate to the tenant.
Our gas safe engineer will complete the inspection, and test all gas appliances.
Smoke & Co Alarms
Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms save lives. Hard wired smoke alarms are mandatory but still have back-up batteries. Our engineers will change batteries and keep a record of installation dates, test dates and maintenance records. We carry a stock of replacement alarms so we can replace them if necessary without the need for another visit.
Video Inventory Inspection
The key to keeping an accurate inventory is to use a time and date video inspection that can be stored safely and securely.
Recorded with the tenant present our inventories can be viewed at any time by the tenant, landlord or agent.
An annual inspection is necessary for compliance and is essential for evidence.
Energy Performance Certificate
Every rental property must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Our engineer will assess your property construction to create an accurate efficiency rating.
Boiler, windows, lights and other items can be upgraded to effect or improve the rating.
These are valid for 10 years.
Electrical Inspection
Every rental property must have a valid Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR).
Our engineer will inspect and test your properties electrical system and make a list of necessary and recommended work.
Cleaning Services
Pre and post tenancy cleaning is essential for landlords to establish standards expected by tenants.
